20-8-2009 - 6 week check

My mood while writing this blog: relaxed

So today i had my 6 week check-up from my csection. I cant BELIEVE its been 6 weeks already! Dr. said incision site looks good, and then she did my pap b/c I am over due by 1year,8mos. They didnt do one when i was pregnant b/c I had spotting issues in the first trimester. Then of course they Oooh'ed, and Awww'ed at Jordyn. I always feel like the 6 week check is like saying good bye to your dr. b/c you go in so much during pregnancy, then after everything is said and done, you only see them once a year. I liked going to the dr. when I was pregnant! Anyway, all is going good. Jordyn weighs 10lbs already! She started really smiling for the 1st time today! The past week or so, we were lucky to get a smile here and there.

I have to go back to work 2 weeks from tomorrow! I am sooo bummed about that! :( I just want to stay home.

It seems so quiet on here these days. Pretty much everyone has had there babies on my friends list, and we arent sharing our experiences being pregnant anymore. i kind of miss that. We all have precious bundles of joys keeping us occupied.
