I had my ultrasound today!! I am 18 weeks, 2 days. I had the nicest tech ever, a male. He showed me everything he looked at and everything looked great. He showed me the kidneys, stomach, liver, brain, heart, spine, legs, arms, eyes, nose, ears. Everything in such detail. I've never had a tech do that before. He said he enjoys doing it and thinks it's important. He said my bladder wasn't full enough but it wasn't a big deal. My placenta is positioned at the back of my uterus, close to the top, so that's good. Heartbeat was 143 bpm. Got some pics but they aren't the greatest because baby wouldn't stop moving, the little turd. Paid $12 for them!! Gotta have something to show hubby as he coudn't make it. We've decided not to find out the gender anymore so it's gonna be a nice surprise when this one is born!! Right now I have no inkling as to what the sex is. I'm leaning more towards boy only because I already have a boy. I will hopefully post some u/s pics soon :-) Hope you are all doing well.
