| 28-7-2009 - Update - 35 weeks | My mood while writing this blog:Very Stretched at the belly |
Just a quick update - Baby Sydnee is weighing in approx 2.33kgs at the moment and doing well. Seems like she is trying to climb out though my belly button every second of the day.
Had our first appointment with the gynae (to be on call) but hubby and i were not to happy with her (starting with her being 1 hour late for our appointment) so now looks like we will have to pay again (R900 for first consult !) to find another gynae so we can have someone on call that we can rely on and are happy with - why are things not easy. I think they should do a meet and greet for docs/gynaes etc so you can choose before you go falk out all this money and not be happy. I will ask my midwife next weekend too for a referal of someone else.
This saturday we have booked a professional maternity photo shoot (ps- great baby shower present to give to someone, i got the voucher from a freind at my shower) my hubby was a bit embarrased about doing something like this but she will come to our house for the shoot so now he is more relaxed and happy about it so really looking forward to that and then will have baby pics done a little after she is born, nice to that she can come to the house for that aswell.
So now approx 5 weeks to go or until she decides its time to visit her new family, im getting so excited, bags are packed and ready, i think :) dont feel nervous yet but im sure that will come closer to the time wondering when all this will happen.
Im very ready for the summer to come now, ive had enough of this cold weather althou i can honestly say i havent felt the cold this year, its amazing what this little water bottle does for you, but now i want to be out in the lovely South African sunny weather pushing my little bundle of joy around our village in her pram and sitting out in the garden with her and my other babies (my doggies that is)
So to all that are having their babies before me - you lucky cows hehehe.... wish you all wonderful happy births and will wait to read all your blogs and see all their pictures.
BEST OF LUCK!
