25-3-2009 - 36 week appointment

just got back from my 36 week doctor appointment. had the strep b test done and an internal. he said i am a good 1 to 2 cm dialated and my cervix is very soft. he said the babys head is right there also, he could feel his sutures (bones) on his head. weird huh! i am glad at least something is going on, other than mild BH i have not had any cramping. the only thing i am annoyed about is i don't go back for 2 weeks. i will be almost 39 weeks, oh well though.

i had my 36 weeks appt yesterday. They did the strep b and checked me also! i am 2 cm dialated and he said the baby's head is engaged! So, sounds like we are in a race to the finish! congrats! i can't believe you are still going every 2 weeks! i have been going once a week since 32 weeks. But if your cervix is soft and you are dialated you may be seeing the dr. before the next 2 weeks!!! Congrats again and good luck!!
