Ok

**ALL ENDS WELL***
1/20/2010 Well, I spent 6.5 hrs in the Er today. Around 9:30 I started having terrible lower abdominal cramps but no bleeding...that kept becoming increasingly more frequent and painful. At the point I was having a cramp that caused me to throw up and start shacking (Exactly how I felt when I lost Sprout) I headed over to the ER. They gave me something for pain, which stopped the throwing up and and really toned things down. Well after the pelvic, the 1st dr said he wanted the attending to come redo the pelvic b/c he was conserened about my cervix. B/t the 2 is when I started having heavy spotting. All in all they The ran labs (pt/inr in normal range for lovenox, hgb stable, not uti or vag infection) I was how ever dehydrated so they gave me fluids. They did an U/S. Hr was 168, no pockets of blood like my last 2 ultrasounds, placenta was intact with good blood flow through it and the cord, no signs of clotting. Cervix is an acceptable lenght. Cramping stopped after about 3.5 hrs. SO I am now home resting and go see my OB at 8 am. But for now things look ok all things considering.

On a good not... my nerve simulator band came to day... So I finaly can eat something.

1/21/2010 Well, home from the OB. The official opinion is that instead of either being head up or down my this point like most babies are, and my uterus being up out of my pelvic bones like it normally would be by 14-16 weeks. Apparently Pumpkin is laying completely sideways in my pelvic bones. He things that that Pumpkin prob. tried to move and got stuck b/t the bones and compressed bowels, limiting blood flow and causing the bowels to cramp. Until he moved and got unstuck and everything repositioned its self...Which fits what I felt. So i feel pretty good about this theory. Either way cervix is long and closed and heart rate is good.
