Yeah I been using my bean bag things that you can heat in the microwave it helps some

I've also been having some back pains. I'll try to not over do it when cleaning up and lifting things. It probably is pregnancy related.

My lower back has been bothering me every now and again, I am not sure if its from something I did or from acculy being pregnant ..... I hope its not from being pregnant cuz I'm sure it will only get worst and I still have 4months to go!!!! My back never gave me any problem with my first baby so I'am hoping just something I did.
