09-11-2008 - Hospital Bedrest

My mood while writing this blog: bored

On 11-5-08 I had my normal dr appt where once again my bp was 160/110 extremely high. So they had me go over to the high risk ob who did an ultra sound. Where it turns out that I have IUGR (growth restriction) my placenta is not working. So he immediatly told me to go the hospital where I have been admitted for about the last week. My baby is only measuring 29 week and 2 lbs 11 ounces,. I should be 33 weeks. They have done so many tests and ultrasounds. This is not how I pictured pregnancy :( They did tell me that I would have to have a c-section. I am scared about that also. To all of you other mommies take care and if you are on bedrest I feel for you.
