06-3-2009 - cramping on left side...

My mood while writing this blog: scared a lil

so today off and on I have had some cramping its not pain just some discomfort I have felt baby move...so all seems well...no blood or anything just pain in hips legs and lower left side of belly...also when I stood up I got this like stabbing pain on my right side it hurt really bad...I guess that maybe means she is growing ...next drs apointment is on monday I have my drs apt plus scan and highrisk plus my gluecose test to do on monday...Im going to be at the hospital from 11am till about 3 pm...lol it sucks but Im excited I get too see how my lil girl is doing...I dunno as for the pain do u think I should worry...I know as most of u know I have had alot of problems with my bowels...so Im talking to the doctor monday about stuff to take to get some relief...I dunno I guess Im just feeling a lil down cause of it ....just feels like my whole bottem half is like hurting...including my back...well lower...I dunno should I just try to take it easy this weekend and if the pain is still there tommrow go to the hospital.? also I feel baby kicking in the lower part of my belly she is supposed to be head down but I also assume she moves around alot what does it feel like to get kicked higher? I think it might be happening but I never know and when I put my hand there all I can feel is like blood vessels....I dunno any help would be greatly apriciated!

One its completely normal that she is kicking low she could also be punching you haha. You have to love them :) To me it sounds like the pains you are having are normal as well..... I used to get them down the left side its just your uterus growing with the babes. Just wait til the lil one gets big enough to push on your sciatic nerve. You get a sharp shooting pain down your back and into your butt cheek!!! Horrible feeling. Well good luck at your appointment.

oh and if she kicks you up higher it kinda feels the same as when its low just more noticeable
like my belly bumps up when she is higher you can see it and feel it for sure lol
but she seems to enjoy being lower cause i feel her there the most

that really sucks i hope you feel better
i havent had anything like that the only discomforts im having are that my ribs sometimes ache which i think its just her maybe pushin up on them
and about how you can feel her low thats the same with me one day she will be hitting me behind my belly button and the next ill feel her moving and kicking like where my hair line is so thats normal
but im not sure about the stabbing pain sorry
but i hope it all works out and you have a good doctors visit :)
