17-9-2008 - no im not having twins..or triplets for that matter

My mood while writing this blog: exhausted

So as everyone can clearly see i am huge. I feel like i am 9 months pregnant and still have 3 and a half months to go. I am so big that people actually think i am over due or due any day. It kills me to tell them i still have x amount of time left. Then of course their next response is, "are you sure its only one in there"....errrr, yes it is one, only one! Just one ginormous baby...lol. I love being pregnant, i just wish there wasnt so much attention to my belly, but i guess that comes with the territory. most people who dont know me, when they ask me questions its cute, but this one chik at work she stays harpin on me about how big i am. She constantly asks me if i should be doing whatever, or lifting whatever. Why havent they put me on bed rest. This gets on my nerves. Even though i look huge, i have gained normal amounts of weight and have no restrictions. I get tired and my back hurt, but that doesnt mean i can not function and do my job. I dont know why, but this girl just gets under my skin. Another thing she does, it she doesnt even use my name anymore, now she just refers to me at the pregnant one. I think that pisses me off more than anything. Why because i am pregnant have i been reduced to "the pregnant one." I dont slack off, i do my job, dont call off, i still work over time, and yet, i am still being treated like i am handicapped because i am pregnant.

anyways, just me randomly complaining. i guess it has been one of them days. but hey only 92 days left until dec 18th induction. woohoo.

I know just how you feel. No one at work can seem to remember my name now. They call me mommie or momma or some other "cute" name. It makes my skin crawl every single time. I even get it in my emails! When I say something to my husband his only response ever is "People go crazy over a baby". I'm like yeah, but this is too much. Makes me wish I had of kept the news to myself and let people think I was just getting really fat! Lol.

I am also "big" for 28 weeks. People comment all the time about how big I am and I could really care less. I know how you feel though, if you look at my page I just posted my 28 week picture...everyone says I look like i'm 38 weeks and ready to give birth anyday now. I think you look GREAT!

So from now on when she calls you the pregnant one call her the ignorant one, or nosy one, or forgetful one(since she cant remember your name! LOL! I think you look beautiful pregnant!!
