02-11-2009 - 5 more weeks.. 39 days.

My mood while writing this blog: Sleepy.

So, as many of you know by the time you hit 34 weeks you are more then done. Everything starts to hurt, sleep comes in shifts and you feel like your going to fall forward with how big your belly has gotten.At the same time you still feel nervous.This is my third child and I am getting those weird dreams of labor, and starting to get nervous (as many of us do) about the baby. I can not tell anyone how blessed I feel to be having another baby. I just cant wait till he is out. This pregnancy has really been one for the records books for me. Never have I had to go to L&D more. The contractions started when I hit my six months mark, and haven't let up since. Back and forth on bed rest until my Mid wife finally said the words most fear during there nine months.. Bed rest is the only thing now.Its my life.. Bed. My cervix started to change three weeks ago. They used the term Irritable Uterus... Meaning, if I do anything more then lay down my uterus goes into hyper drive and starts contracting every two mins (not braxton hicks,the make you wanna fall down and curl up contractions) They have me on meds for the contractions now.. that make me feel like I have drank four huge Redbulls with the way my heart beats. I shake bad. My boyfriend Josh has been doing everything possible to make me feel normal still. He is so nervous about lil' Gauge coming out early. I'm not aloud to pick anything up... if it is more then a hand full I cant pick it up. Im not aloud to stand for more then a hour. Like I said.. bed.. its my life. When Josh has off we will go out, but its only to go somewhere else to sit and relax, to get a change for a bit.. and god I have come to love those days. lol. No one comes over.. his mom lives with us so Im not alone. Josh is my only friend it seems. If I had more REAL friends.. wouldnt they call.. or anything???
All I want to do is clean.. and get ready for the baby to be here.... fold clothes, just do the lil'things I did before.. that way Josh isn't doing it all.. I hate the feeling of just sitting around while he works 12 hours a day five days a week and when he has off he is taking care of me and Emma (my step daughter, that we can only get on his days off now since I cant take care of her alone) I know its for the best.. and it seems like all I am doing is complaining BUT.. I really need to vent..kinda.. its all worth it I know..it just really sucks.
34 weeks... only five more to go.. 39 days.. and with staying in the house all day not able to do anything but eat and watch TV, its gonna be a long five weeks... 39 days...
