27-4-2009 - 12 week appointment

My mood while writing this blog: So relieved

Well, I had a bit of spotting last Saturday. With my first son I had lots of spotting and found out I had placenta previa and was on bedrest for awhile and limited activity after that. So I was a nervous wreck last week when I saw blood. But it stopped almost immediately and I decided to wait until I went to the doctor on Friday.

No more bleeding all week! YAY!

We went for our 12 week appointment on Friday and everything went great. My doc thought she could find the heartbeat so when she couldn't, I freaked out a little. But, she brought in the ultrasound machine and there was the little monkey, moving around like crazy:) What a relief!!!

And now as the 1st trimester ends - Yipee - I am hoping this nausea ends and I have a healthy, happy pregnancy. With no more bleeding:) Just so happy to be so blessed to be a mommy again.
