01-6-2009 - 16 week ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: excited

Finally I was able to hear the little one's heartbeat! YAY! The nurse midwife found it right away and it was music to my ears. We brought along our 14 month old and he started dancing when he heard it - so cute.

Now we just play the waiting game until the 23rd when we have our 20 week ultrasound. It is going to seem like forever. I feel like I am going to be the last one to find out. In my heart, I think it is a boy again but I guess I just want the affirmation to tell me it is. My husband still thinks it is a girl. We'll see who is right. He was with our son but I think I have it this time!

I just cannot believe how lucky I am. To have such a wonderful husband, son, and another little monkey on the way. So blessed.
