My mood while writing this blog: Sad, but staying positive

Just when you think life is finally settling down, why is it that it throws another curveball at you?

Kinda off the subject but we had to put my dog to sleep on monday and this has been such a shock because she was only 8 and in very good health until the last week. We finally could not take care of her anymore and there was nothing else we could do so we had to send her to heaven.

Of course all the crying sent me into contractions and I spent Monday night at the hosptial being monitored and getting meds to stop the contractions. GOOD NEWS though, she is doing awesome and has quite the spunk (just like her mom) and despite her mom being so upset, she was having a party in there. Thank goodness. I was so worried that she was okay...

Then my doctor called me yesterday and now my son needs more testing and new meds. honestly...Is this week over yet?

I don't mean to complain, I just feel like my hormones are going CRAZY and not helping me at all.

What I keep thinking about is how lucky I am and how blessed we are to have people or pets or whatever in our life. Even if it is for a shorter time than we would like. They tuched our hearts for some reason and for that I am grateful. EVERYDAY IS A GIFT. i just love that line.

Thakns for letting me vent, my poor husband can only take so much this week:)
