| 14-9-2008 - Pray for us... | My mood while writing this blog:Tired and a little worried |
Hello, my friends... Hope everyone is doing okay out there. I'm reaching out to you tonight because I'm slightly worried about my lil' bean. I'm trying to be calm and just think positively but... well... here's the thing:
Saturday, my husband and I went with my brother and sister-in-law to see our Clemson Tigers play against North Carolina State in Clemson, South Carolina. The game started at noon and it was a very bright sunny day, so you can imagine just how hot it was out there. Not to mention, though we had fabulous tickets, the walking to and from our seats and from the tailgate to the stadium and back was very strenuous. I was sweating through my clothes and quite exhausted by the end of the game. Anyway, I haven't been doing much excersizing because I've been a little icky lately and I really need my husband to be with me in order for me to not be so self-conscious when I go in there. I'm a big chicken these days. So we get back to the boat where we are staying for the weekend and I'm laying on the bed, trying to take a nap from all the days activities when all of a sudden, after moving just a little, I feel this "pop" like feeling inside of me down in uterus area and I am in huge pain. Almost like the feeling of pulling a muscle or something. Anyway, now, I can't even stand, walk, or cross my legs without feeling this pain. It mostly hurts when I stand or sit but its like this huge amount of pressure down there and I just don't know where it came from. I'm worried that I might have over excerted myself on the stairs and such at the game that I could have damaged something down there. I just don't know...
Again, I'm trying to be calm and just tell myself that I only pulled a muscle and that all is okay but its hard not to get a little concerned. The relief is that I haven't bled at all and that the pain isn't sharp, its just dull and quite annoying. But I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and see if she can't take me just a little early since my appointment is scheduled for Thursday and I don't want to take any chances. Have any of you gone through something like this? I mean, it could just be a pulled goin muscle right? Anyway, pray for my little one that all is okay. Since I'm writing this at night, I'm wishing all of you that is in bed or going to bed, the sweetest of dreams. Hope you all will have great weeks ahead of you!
