Hey All! I just called my OBGYN and got the number of my glucose test so I know where exactly I was when I failed. My number read 170. Which they say if its 139 or below, you are fine. So I asked what is considered high and she said that 200 and above you are considered with GD. Sooooo, I look at it this way, I had, had a big breakfast that morning and I had a salad with light dressing for lunch (the dressing could have been low fat but still high in sugar... I don't know). And I can't remember or not but I MIGHT have had a brownie. Either way, this time, I will have been fasting for 8 to 14 hours and I've made a promise to myself to stick to water and eat better. SOOOOOO... I don't see why I can't get that number down. Let me know if you've taken the test... what your numbers read. I hope you are all doing well and that you have a great holiday season!!!

Mine was 106 at 22 weeks. And I went first thing in the am, had toast and coffee before it and it read just fine., My OB said to do it in the am cause they get better results...maybe you should try that?

I have my 3 hr. on monday morning 720. I didnt even take the one hr. since I had gd last prego. I hope all turns out well. except this baby they said they will put me on insulin if i have GD. so uggg- not lookin forward to that. my sugar is odd how it works with sugar- from what it sounds like- from lunch- it being high - your food you ate and even with a browning- it sounds high- plan on having GD- thats what im doing and then id be delighted if i dont. I need to know before I go away on vacation and stuff my face. when is your 3hr? and i know your not suppose to eat before that.
