05-6-2009 - Told Chris

My mood while writing this blog: Busy lol

Well I got a nudge (from God) to tell Chris when he got home. I put it off but then told him I had a late birthday present for him and gave him both tests. He was really awesome about it and is even more excited then me atm. Not that I"m not at all, I'm just totally shocked. Both Adailyah and Cassidy were planned, and so this is a totally new feeling to get pregnant while preventing it. I mean really, we would have been trying in about 6mo to a year anyways, and I've had some great, uplifting comments on questions I've left so things are getting much better, the shock is weaning. I went to the doctor the very next day and I have an ultrasound scheduled on the 22, but I won't be here, so I'll have to call and postpone it. Can't wait to see how far along I am, since my period is always right on and I've always known within a week or so. We're still on the fence about finding out the sex. Not finding out the last couple of times has been really awesome, it's made that last moment when it comes out even more amazing.... Chris, looking over to me with tears in his eye both time saying "It's a girl!!!!!!!". He sure loves his girls and I bet more than anything he wants another one, and I have to say the thought of having three girls would be so totally cool, though of course a boy would be totally new and exciting. I told my brother and he jokingly told me he's buying a bunch of boy clothes and lighting a candle, making a boy shrine to get me to have a boy hehehe, he's so awesome. Anyways, that's about it for now, I don't have the time to be hon here as we are having an 11yr old to babysit for 2 weeks coming this evening, so I have to get the house ready. Then right after she leaves, the next day I get to go to my home town of Grand Forks BC to see my cousin who lives in Nova Scotia, and a million other people I have to try fit in.
