29-6-2009 - First Trimester

02.25.2009- I took a HPT this morning with my FMU. I think I might of gotten a possible very light BFP. It is almost unnoticible. It is still early but I will continue taking them everyday. I'm trying not to get excited yet.

02.25.2009- Here are my symptoms so far:

Bloating

Constant hunger

Waves of Nausea

Frequent Urination

02.27.2009- I took another HPT this afternoon and it is a BFP!!!

03.02.2009- I called and made my first prenatal appointment today. I go in next Wednesday March 11^th for my OB Orientation. On Friday March 20^th I have my first official visit. I will be 4 Weeks tomorrow!!

03.04.2009- I got my HcG level drawn this morning. My levels came back at 440. So everything is looking good so far!

03.09.2009- Last night I went to the ER while I was at work. When I woke up I felt very dizzy. I was having abdominal pains mainly on my left side. They gave me an IV and drew some blood. The doctor came in and did cultures and a pelvic exam. I had an ultrasound done. All my results came out fine. The doctor doesn’t know what was causing the pain.

03.13.2009- I ended up finding a new doctor. I got in immediately yesterday to get everything started. More blood was drawn. My new doctor drew a new HcG level to make sure my little muffin is growing. I called this morning and the level is up to 13, 772.

03.27.2009- I have officially made it to 8 weeks! It feels like such a relief for some odd reason. This whole pregnancy makes me feel so nervous. My BF and I are already so in love with this little life it is unbelievable. All my symptoms are still present and despite feeling awful most of the time, it is all worth it!

04.11.2009- I am now 10 weeks pregnant! It feels amazing!! 1/4 of my pregnancy is now over! I am still having a battle with all day sickness and fatigue. I really do love this whole experience. My boyfriend is doing much better with all of this. We have been talking a lot and making plans for this little miracle. We have come up with a few names and we are doing really great right now.

We are going to schedule a 3D ultrasound for the end of next month at 16 weeks to find out the sex for sure.

04.29.2009- I had my 12 week OB appointment on the 22^nd. I was able to hear muffin’s little heartbeat on the Doppler. It felt so wonderful to hear. I still haven’t gained any weight since being pregnant. It is probably due to the all day sickness. I ended up buying the Intelligender test at Walgreens. I got a result saying It’s a girl! I received a packet in the mail for my level 2 ultrasound. It is scheduled for June 2^nd.
I can't stop thinking about my little one. What he or she will look like or act like. I have such high hopes for him or her. All I know right now is how much I love this little one growing inside of me.

congratulations!! you sound ecstatic! we are trying for #2 and i can't wait to be pregnant and feel that excitement again!
