08-2-2010 - 15 week appt.

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So I went to the doctor's today. Again my blood pressure was high 138/89, I kind of thought it would be high, but not that high this early...again they are going to just monitor it and told me to get my BP checked if I feel dizzy or anything. I am measuring 16 weeks, but that is normal considering this is not my 1st pregnancy. There was a student doctor who came in the check the heartbeat, at first he kept picking up mine, he left then poked back in and asked if I felt the abby move, I instantly freaked and was like...I have felt flutters, but I could be mistaken. he left again and the doc came in. Found the heartbeat thank God it was 148, this little one was hiding. After I had to sit in that room for 5 minutes having a nervous breakdown I cried when he found it. Needless to say I am still nervous about everything. I have some bloodwork to get done next week, then my sono won't be until March 9th....ugh! I was really hoping they would have it sooner. Maybe I can still get one sooner, I will call and beg..heehee I was hoping they would have given me one today just to ease my mind. So overall it was an okay appointment, I wasn't too happy about my BP, but I already know what to expect. Fingers crossed this baby is here to stay!!
