02-4-2009 - 4D Ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: Amazed!

On Monday (March 30th) we went in for our 4D Ultrasound. We did not want to do it at first as we felt we should leave something to surprise. We knew we would get to get a good look at our baby. My husband started getting sad that we wouldn't be able to see the little guy again until he is born so I quickly took him up on the offer for another ultrasound.

What a great experience it was. Seeing my child living inside me was amazing. I got to see him rub his eyes, smile, frown and touch his toe to his nose and blink! I can't wait to see him again in 12 weeks! We could see his facial features so clearly although it is hard to tell if he looks more like me or his dad. He is probably a good mixture of both of us! We are so excited to meet him and for him to meet us.

It was nice to know how content he looks in my belly! Even though he is folded up in there like a folding chair he seems happy. I'll have to beg him to come out!
