28-1-2009 - week 23

My mood while writing this blog: woop woop!

I don't understand what all this complaining is about, who cares if you put weight on or you have less energy, there's a lil bundle of joy growing inside you and its totally amazing in my eyes.

I feel my lil boy kick me all day long, its not annoying, i love it and lift my top all the time to see the bumps in my skin. Last night i pressed down on my tummy and my belly button popped out, it was hilarious!

So week 23 and i'm feeling great! I have more energy then ever and feel really productive, we went to the DES office yesterday and got approved for food stamps and emergency insurance which won't cover the doctors bills but will pay for the labor so we can't complain, it's half what we were expecting to pay.

My friends are throwing me a baby shower at the end of next month and i can't wait! I've never even been to one before, i'm assuming its not such a big thing in England or maybe i just never had any friends with babies before....

Anyway, i can't wait!

I'm defo going through the nesting period, i''m obsessed with window shopping baby stuff online and love going to walmarts baby section, i've become obsessed with baking stuff, especially new things...but for some reason i decide i wanna do it late at night?!?

Last night i made Banana muffins and we ate them all before bed!haha

Last night we also watched some home birth video's on youtube, i thought it would freak me out but the whole thing just fascinates me and i can't wait for my turn. Maybe my thoughts on that will changer the closer the time comes!haha
