Ya'll I don't know what is going on, what to do or how to fix it or make things better.
Keira has stopped having normal naps during the day. At best she will cat nap up to 20 mins. or so. On top of that she is also not sleeping as well at night as she had been. I am EXHAUSTED and very confused. I am not sure what to do or how to get her to take naps or sleep at night again.
Every time that I think that she has settled into a routine she changes it up again.
I am so Tired.
Put her in her own room and crib last night for the first time and she was up once an hour until 5 am then slept until almost 9 am. I am so confused.

I went through the same thing with my son. When he napped, it would only be for 15 to 20 minutes and at nights he woke up every hour. One day we were coming home from visiting family, my son was still alseep in his carrier (car seat) so we left him in carrier (carrier was placed inside playpen in our room). He slept for 5 hours! I couldn't sleep after 3rd hour because I was paranoid he slept so long which was unusual. But he was fine. I used the carrier at night time, placed in his crib until he was 5 months old and started to wiggle out of the carrier. He did eventually start to nap longer also.

Sorry to say but that is one of the joys of having a baby! My son's were both the same way, wish I could give you some advice. I think it was a phase they went through because the sleeping did get better as time went on. So sorry to hear you are going through this. Take care!!
