| 16-4-2008 - Week 38 (contractions started) | My mood while writing this blog:rested |
ok, so my sleep is getting better, now i can go to bed at 12 am instead of 6 or 8 am, of course i get up every hour for "potty breaks" but i can go back to sleep, yeayh!
This week somebody told my husband "take her for a walk so the baby will be here sooner", of course he listened to this person, i was like: i've been telling u for months! and i get lucky if u take me once or twice a week!, i know that walking is great, it helps with labor and all, but it took a stranger for him to do it, anyway we are now fully commited to walking every afternoon, we walked 30 min (i cannot do more than that now), and contractions started kicking in, is kind of weird because they don't hurt at all, tummy just gets really tight and that's all, i wasn't paying attention to them, but somebody (another VIP) told me that they are in fact labor contractions and i should start timing them, so i will, there is this amazing site that helps u w/this (www.contractionmaster.com) that will be my "watch", lol, the problem is, since they are not painful or anything i have problems identifiying when they start and when they finish, also sometimes my tummy feels more tightening than others, so i dunno how accurate this timing will be... i have to ask my Doctor, hopefully he will answer with something else than: "it is normal"
