22-6-2009 - My Birthday

And so it's June 23rd, officially my 28th birthday. Birthdays have never been a big deal to me, not my own birthdays anyway, but this year it's a bit different - I'm a happy wife of this amazing, smart, funny, and loving dude - and a mom of a fantastic little boy and the prettiest baby girl on the face of Earth! Oh, it's rough sometimes, I'm not gonna lie about it - this past year has brought all the pregnancy drama and joy, our wedding on Christmas Day, new friends, some stretch marks here and there, my newfound love for peanut butter nad ice cream, a bunch of movies watched and books read, things of all sorts.... A good year it has been indeed! And I'm so glad to have this birthday - an unmistakable proof that I'm getting older, but also simply growing, and that my life is growing with me, and expanding in all directions. I'm so glad to be becoming what I am becoming - though far from perfect, more and more undeniably ME. And so, of course, happy birthday, Karolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
