| 29-7-2009 - 2nd Trimester! |  My mood while writing this blog:Over the moon |
So tomorrow i am officially into my second trimester. The first few months were such a worry for me and i've been so unwell that it has been difficult to enjoy the pregnancy. That sounds awful doesn't it but i don't mean to be ungrateful. But on the plus, i am feeling much happier to be in a "safer zone" now and to be feeling a little better with the help of some anti sickness tablets.
I'm starting to show just a little which is exciting but a little embarrassimg as some people won't know it's baby not fat! I can't wait to have a nice little bump. I thought i felt the baby moving a few nights ago but found out it was probably just gas! i felt a right nelly as i got soooo excited and was getting my boyfriend to have a poke and a feel too! ha ha, i did blush afterwards. Oh well not long until it will be the real deal and then i'll be prodding all day long!
Am going to the doctors this evening to get some more anti sickness tablets. I originally got them from the doctor at the hospital so i need to see my GP before i can get anymore, boo hoo. I feel like i'm never away from the doctors surgery.
Well anyway to wrap it up i am feeling very well and excited and am hoping for a better trimester than the last!

your lucky that your starting to feel better..I think you'll be having a boy..☺..with my boy I got sick for 3 months..then was alright...this time i've been so so so ill..I have caught the flu, chickenpox and had heart palputations cause she's releasing far too much hormone..=S..now I have a kidney infection..Ughhh..I'm hoping my third trimester might be a little better..lol..3rd times the charm right..lol..hope you continue to do well..and hey..you never know..you might have felt them..I felt this baby at 14 weeks..It does feel like gas..but as you get bigger you really can't mistake it..have you had your scan yet?...take care hun..Xx

Ahhh lovely blog Kate, Sounds like things are starting to turn around for you at last! Its sounds just like me though i didn't feel well until i was 16 weeks gone though so things sound good for you that its happening sooner!
This is the bit you must enjoy hun its the bit after the initial yacky first bit then nice bit inbetween before the last stretch where the heartburn and backache and general uncomfiness of being bigger and baby being stuck under your ribcage but its all good believe me as mad as this sounds you miss it when they are born hehe! I used to snuggle up in bed most afternoons when i finished work and cuddle up to the tum and concerntate on feeling his movements and i even used to talk to him but you know me im cook-oo!
