| 12-8-2009 - 15 weeks and definately showing! |  My mood while writing this blog:overwhelmed |
Hey ladies
Am officially 15 weeks today, hasn't the time gone quickly! I'm feeling so proud of my little bump, it's taken so long to show but is making up for lost time now. My friend hasn't seen me for 2 weeks but said yesterday that i suddenly look pregnant and that it's cute! How nice is that! I've stopped worrying about it being a podge now and realise there is a baby the size of a softball in there so of course it's going to grow!
I've started to feel little flutters every now and then which could be gas i know but seem to be happening more often and they are more noticable when im sat calmly or lying down. Haven't started shopping for anything baby related yet. Need to start soon to spread the cost but i'm not really too bothered about it yet. Have started on the nursery though. Stripped half the rooms paper off and then had enough so will leave the other half for another day. I still get tired quite easily but it was also hot yesterday so was like a sauna with the steamer going!
Can't all be good though can it! I have got a rotten cold this week. I've had a niggling feeling that one was on the way but its finally shown itself today. Checked my symptoms on line in case of the old swine flu but i think it's just a cold. Will monitor over the next 5 days though. Anyway apart from that the sickness is continuing to ease. I was sick once randomly yesterday and i don't know what caused that, my mouth just started to water and i knew it was coming.
Anyway will stop the rambling now. On the whole i'm so happy to have reached 15 weeks and hoping after this cold the final hurdle will have been cleared so i can start to have it a bit easier for a while!

Kate i just wanted to say thanks for finnaly adding some pics hun! You look fab!! Keep them coming won't you! Oohh and are you blonde now me dear? as this profile pic looks alot different to your facebook one? Anyway it suits you!! Ahhh and well done for getting that Avent steriliser for £16!!!!!! u super shopper! i had mine reduced the Avent steam one prob the same as your for £25 but you did better good on ya!! You did right for grabbing that whilst you can also when i was in cradley tesco yesterday i noticed they had their baby event on again (last one was feb this year!) and they have loads of great deals from toiletries for baby nappies to stairgates and breastpumps some half price!! So have a peek if you can! Asda do it from time to time also and i had an Avent newborn starter set to boost your bottles and dummies for your steriliser for £10 instead of £20!! It had 2 big bottles, 2 small ,2 extra teats, 1 extra dummy and an extra bottle brush!! It was great!! So whenever you see these offers grab em hun! All the best lots of love steph xxxx

awww its so lovely when your baby belly starts to appear :) Are you going to find out if you are having a boy or girl? I bet if you do, you will be in the shops buying everything in pink or blue!! heheI remember doing the nursery, its the most wonderful feeling when it is all complete. I think my hubby and I finished our at about 20 weeks, I have been just going in there and daydreaming ever since!! lolTake care x

Hi Kate so pleased your feeling more positive with little one now, but it's quite normal u will get ur ups and downs , your bump will grow more over next couple of weeks and it could be baby moving that u feel, thou I was late feeling my little nothing till I was 23 weeks but that's because I had a front lying placentre and baby had to get a little bigger for me to feel her, an boy I feel her now she actually hurts sometimes. Anyway I'm rambbling on now so will get of glad ur feeling better sweetie and get loading some belly pics for your site. X

hey hun! great blog!! im glad you are feeling better and bump is starting to show wooohooo! Awwww souns lovely and feeling little flutters hey! Could deffinatley be how exciting!!! Ain't it lovely! Soon you will know that they are deffinatley movements there will be no mistaking that!!Awww your very good not buying anthing yet i couldnb't wait although i was cautious and didn't buy a thing until the 12 weeks scan then i went mad!!! i think i got my pram at 6months because thats when thar good promotion was and it hasn't been back on since so im glad i acted on impulse really! And your starting on the nursery how cool! i loved that part and filling his wardrobe and chest of drawers with cute lil baby clothes ahhhh soo cute!
