Awww i dunno what to say hun i didn't have this problem it was my legs i had probs with and suffered badly with cramp and such to look like such a spaz in the middle of the night kicking my legs out and shouting lol! Ahhh so sorry you having this problem though maybe you should mention it to your midwife or doc? And get Matt to rub those cheeks better hehe! And tell him to help out more and hoover those stairs now! lol i saw what you put on facebook bout the stairs and ending up doing them yourself! men hey!! couldn't resist mentioning it though hehe! Take care sweetie! xxxx

could be your circulation but it could also be the start of SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction) so if the pain gets any worse, have a chat with your midwife x

hi ladies, looking for some advice.
For the last couple of weeks i have been having really bad nights sleeping. It takes ages to get comfortable and when i do i sleep for a short while and then wake because my bum cheeks have gone numb. It's not like a pins and needles numb it's like a done too much exercise and they are stiff numb, but it's not that ive done too much exercise. So i have to shift position and eventually fall back to sleep just to wake again with the same problem. I usually sleep on my side, either side i don't prefer one or the other and occassionally i'll sleep on my back but thats rare. I've tried a cushion between my knees and between my thighs, and i've also tried some soft thin cushions under my bottom but nothing seems to help. Any ideas?
