| 16-1-2010 - Bit confused |  My mood while writing this blog:tired |
Hi Ladies,
I must be becoming something of a pest lately but i had the strangest thing happen last night. At about 3 am i started getting stomach cramps that were like BH but not as strong and they weren't very regular or strong. I read my book for a while to take my mind off it and by 4am i was getting really strong BH. I decided to time them and i was getting them every 7 minutes lasting for about a minute or two each. This went on for an hour and i was just starting to think maybe i should wake Matt up and see what he thought and then it all just stopped. Not even the ghostly remainder of a stomach ache.
I was really disappointed as i'd got my hopes up a bit and thought i was getting all the right symptoms. After lying awake until about 5.15am i finally fell asleep just to be woken by the alarm at 8am and as if sleep deprived wasn't enough ive got a sore throat and stuffy nose. God i feel shit today and like my title suggests a little confused. Loosing small amounts of a mucusy discharge again today. Anyone think they know whats going on?
I'd love to hear some advice, thanks ladies, x x

Oh my, I bet that was disappointing. You are so ripe and ready. Baby wants to stay warm and safe for a bit longer. Labor dust being blown your way mama!

i had pains like that hun,i had them on several occasions,i think its just your body practising for the real thing,and the discharge is probably ur mucus plug.x

hey hun..you might be a bit ill and dehidrated..that will bring the cramps on..might explain the sore throat and stuffy nose too...but you are very close and your body will be practicing too..good luck..am busy at the mo but will write propperly soon..take care..xx

It's getting close, hun! Not close enough, I am sure! Your body is practicing, getting ready to deliver your baby... Hang in there, keep an eye on baby's movements and get ready!

Really ant got a clue hun, for a minute there i thought you mite av been in labour! If your still having the discharge the only thing i can think of is that they are bh that are gettin stronger to prepare your body for the real thing and at a guess i dont think you've got long left. Have you contacted the midwife? x x x
