| 12-2-2010 - May be in labour | My mood while writing this blog:finally! |
Hi everyone,
I think i may finally be in labour! Had a mad cleaning frenzy today and i mean detail cleaning. Also havent been very hungry despite being quite active so are these signs who knows?
Anyway got to 11.20 tonight and had the worst period pain type cramp ever that lasted about 30 seconds later. I told Matt to time to see if i had another one, and sure enough 15 minutes later i had another one. Its now 1.30am and i'm having a bad pain every 10 - 15 minutes. Sometimes 10 mins, then 12, 13, 15 etc so a bit all over the place but i definately don't go longer than 15 minutes. Some are quite long and last about a minute and some last only about 10 seconds.
I'm trying to keep myself active, and i find its painful to keep myself in a sat position so im walking around alot. I've got everything ready apart from a few last bits to go in my bag and i'm going to have a bath when the pains get closer toghether but i'll prolong it as much as i can incase my waters break or something and i end up just having to have another.
When the pain starts everything stops i can't talk i kind of just breath heavy or hold my breath or moan a little bit if its really painful. and then im fine just after as if nothing has happened and i have a few mild niggles inbetween and then about 10 seconds before i have another pain i can feel it coming.
So are these signs? Am i right this time? I am 10 days overdue after all so its feesable that shes coming. I rang midwife and they said to call back if i get blood, if my waters break or if the pains get 5 mins apart lasting a minute each. I don't know what to think. Could it be another false alarm?
Comments welcome
