30-7-2009 - gallbladder??!?!?!?!

My mood while writing this blog: in pain

Well I called my doctor yesterday as I have been having some extreme pain under my right rib cage. I also mentioned the heart decelerations I have been noticing when using my doppler from time to time.

The midwife checked me out and said all seemed ok. She listened to babys heart for a minute and it was fine (probably 140's to 150's). She asked me how low the heartrate was going and of course I could not tell her as my doppler was a cheapo one and does not give me a rate! (I have to count). My uterus is at my belly button which is where it is supposed to be. But she said to be on the safe side she is sending me for a level 2 u/s with a periontologists at a hospital 45 minutes away. I go on August 7th. I think she is erring on the side of caution as my hubby is on an immune suppressant for his kolitis and the genetic counselor told us this med could potentially cause a "mutant gene"...she said the chances were so small not to worry about it----but of course I worry. Just hope and pray the scan shows all to be ok.

I also mentioned the sever pain I have under my right rib cage---she said it sounds like my gallbladder. I then had to go see my PCP who wrote me a slip tp have an u/s done of my gallbladder. Lots going on....I have to schedule that today---maybe if I beg they will give me a tiny peak at the baby? Its hard to sit for lpong periods (like I do at work) and to sleep the pain is so bad. Hope its not gal stones!

On another note anyone else here realy not getting along with your hubbys? I have no idea why but I feel like he is just being mean to me for no reason. and then yesterday I saw a picture of him on facebook without his wedding ring! I asked him about that and he just replied stop making a big deal about it---I just forgot to wear my ring that day to work and so didnt have it on in the evening. (and to top this all off we got in a big argument over curtians and bills!) He was yelling at me because I paid a bill with a check and not over the internet---why does it matter as long as its paid????? ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
