Yesterday when I was at work I decided to read the Morning Sickness Forum on here (IAP) It's not a very active forum but a lot of women had recommended SeaBands to help with nausea. So afterwork I went to Walmart and picked up a pair and I feel better!! Still not 100% but I don't feel sick constantly today, it just comes in waves. And last night I was actually able to enjoy dinner with my family and I had a good night's sleep!! I just hope they keep working! I also picked up "Happy Mama Spray" by Earth Mama.. I think it's only available in North America and I don't know if it actually works (because I already feel better from the seabands) but it's an all natural organic aromatherapy spray.. it's supposed to help with morning sickness and baby blues.. Like I said- I don't know if it really works but it smells GREAT. I got it from a local baby boutique. =)

That's great news! Glad it works for you! Ill keep an eye out here for that products, but South Africa is 10 bloody years behind with everything!
