30-1-2009 - 27 Week App/Glucose Test

My mood while writing this blog: Fine

Alrighty, well I went in drank the orange stuff, which again wasn't so terribly awful. The lady said, alright i'll call you to draw your blood at 2:05, so I go upstairs to my appointment. I gained 3lbs which....drumroll please...puts me at the HEAVIEST I've ever been. This is the heaviest I got my entire pregnancy with Ryder. Even though I've only gained 20lbs which is perfectly ok, I gained 50 with Ry and only lost 20, so there it is.

Anywho, he found her heartbeat fine, right away. He checked my cervix for the first time this pregnancy and said all was closed up nothing suspicious. This took all of 10 mins so I was downstairs again and just had to wait for 2:05 so I sat, and sat, and sat..2:05 came, and went. At 2:20 I went to the window and told the lady that the other woman was supposed to bring me back at 2:05 to draw blood. She took me back right away and said they have a 15 min time frame to draw it in, so hopefully I won't have to do it again. The original girl went to lunch, and didn't tell anyone else to come get me at 2:05. lovely.

Anywho, All went well and now my appointments start every 2 weeks! That means it's getting close! YIPPIE!!
