| 28-10-2008 - 36 Week check up! |  My mood while writing this blog:Tired |
Hey everyone! Had my 36 week check up today.. Midwife asked me if i'd been taking my iron tablets??? Nobody gave me any iron tablets and certainly didnt even tell me i needed them last time i went to see the midwife last week!! They seem to be so unorganised! Quite scary really, they're supposed to be looking after me not forgetting to tell me im on the borderline of bein aneamic!
Other than that, everything is fine, im measuring 35 weeks which im guessing is normal.. Head is resting on pelvis.. yet last time i seen the midwife she said the head was "in there" so im starting to wonder if they know what they are talking about...
Im so tired and really cant wait to have my little boy, im gettin bored and i wana go back to my normal self again lol.
It might sound selfish but i really cant wait to have an alcoholic drink!! (although i did have half a guiness and black today as it has lots of iron in it) cant say i enjoyed it tho.. yuck! lol

Awww that sucks...they not on their stuff....pisses u off!!! U will b fine though just up ur iron now cause u neva know!!! I am so with u sista on the Alcoholic Beverage ( selfish or not) LOL...I want me again...I go to the dr. today @ 2:30 they r going to do an Ultrasound hope I am ready!!!! Good Luck Chic...get that iron up!!!

Glad all seems okay hun.. I no what u mean about the midwives not knowing what they are talking about.. Last Tuesday I saw my midwife and she said my baby was 3/5 engaged that same afternoon i went to the hospital and they said that the baby is free... weirdos!!! lol x

you are not selfish, i had a glass of Baileys at the weekend with ice and milk, yum yum, nothing wrong with having a drink once in a while... glad you are both ok XX
