04-4-2009 - Update Jake 5 Months

My mood while writing this blog: HAPPY

Wow i cant believe my gorgeous boy is 5 months already!!! Wheres the time gone???? It onlly seemed like yesterday i gave birth to him!!!

Well his daddy still isnt in his life... in fact, he made front page news in the paper about him being banned from every pub in town through fighting.... he never used to be like that tho.. it used to be me that was the feisty one.. we seem to have swopped personalities. Enough about him..........

Jake has started to take his dummy out his mouth and try his hardest to get it back in lol. Its so funny to watch him do it, in the end I feel sorry for him!!! We're settled in our new home very nicely and we're so happy :)

Hes started having porridge for breakfast then his bottle, half a jar of his baby food and his bottle for dinner, and half a jar of a baby puddin and his bottle for tea, then just a bottle for supper! I was worried i was over feeding him and that he would be over weight but the past few times when ive been to get him weighed hes been slightly under the line so im not too concerned. He doesnt seem to be having his whole 8oz bottle since having solids... Ive tried giving him his bottle first then dinner, and vice verser. He only has about 4 or 5 oz. Maybe its cuz hes on solids now.. i dont know but hes doin just fine!!!!

I love my gorgeous boy now more than ever.... just the way his face lights up when i walk in the room makes me know how much he loves me!!!!! He always smiles..... but the smile he gives me is priceless!!!!!

Well i hope u ladies are ok, i havent been on here in ages!!!!!!!!! so busy being a single mummy!!!!
