24-8-2009 - Update Me & Jake 9months

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Hi everyone, hope all is well.

Jakes nearly 10 months old and the time is going too quick! It only seemed like yesterday that i give birth to him! Hes such a little porker now, i got him weighed the other day and hes 21lbs exactly! Hes started to sit up a lot better on his own now but i still wont leave him cuz he just randomly flings himself backwards!

Hes eating near enough anything and everything, the only thing hes not too keen on is cheesy baby jars. He'll eat cheesy beans, spaghetti, ravioli, fresh veg, he loves bananas, not too keen on kiwi - his face was a picture when i fed him that lol.

Hes only having about 4oz of baby milk now and thats in the morning - the health visitor said its normally the night time bottle that goes last!

I tried standing him up on my legs and he actually kept the weight on his feet! He doesnt do it for long but its a start! Such a lazy little boy lol.

As for me, I went for a colposcopy the other day (i was terrified)! There was a list of how severe it is:- Borderline, mild, moderate, severe, infuasive cancer & cancer. I was severe... The nurse went down the list with her finger saying "you are here........" i was waiting and hoping for her to stop going down the list, luckily she stopped when it got to severe. I had to have my abnormal cells burnt out whilst under local anaesthetic. They asked if i wanted to see my cervix and i was like ermm no not really! Then i decided that i might not ever get chance to see it again so i said yes lol.,. it was disgusting they shown me the tiny hole that Jake come out of i nearly had a heart attack! Well im waiting for my confirmation results just to confirm that it is CIN3 and nothing more.. I kept asking "so its not cancer? what are the chances of it coming back as cancer? are you sure its not cancer?" I was really scared (still am if im honest) cuz im only 21! The nurse said i should have period type pains for about a day.. well its been a week now and im having little pains so im guna have to go to the doctor.
