04-3-2010 - Jakes first steps

My mood while writing this blog: Happy

Jake took his first few steps the other day!! Im so proud of him! I caught it all on video as well which Im really pleased about! He walked from 1 side of the room to the other! My nan had hold of him by his trousers so he had his balance, then let go and off he went!!

Then when i was hoovering up yesterday i turned round and there he was, walking towards me!! YAY Im so happy cuz he was very late sitting up and crawling!

Hes still crawling everywhere but hes definately getting more confident walking now :)

Well Ive applied for so many jobs in the past few weeks, its getting me down being a single mother and not working! Im happy that ive managed to capture Jakes first crawl, steps, roll over etc but im definately ready to go back to work now, but theres just nothing out there for me! Jakes 16 months this week and he definately needs to mingle with children his own age!
