11-2-2009 - 31 week checkup not so great..

My mood while writing this blog:
worried

so let me start off with saying i gained 10 lbs in one freaking month! holy cow right?! ugh! Either Gianna grew a whole lot of im eating way too much, haha. But she does feel a lot bigger.. I weigh 140 now so my total weigh gain so far is 25 lbs.. but im measuring great, and her heart beat was 145.

i told the doc that ive been having pretty bad headaches off and on, sometimes i go to bed and wake up with the same headache, and tylenol doesnt give me relief for too long, so he referred me to a Neurologist! What is a neurologistt gonna do?! i heard headaches are common in pregnancy..So that got me all worried

then he says that my platelet levels are a big low, the dropped down to 160 and if it gets below 150 thats not good, so they are keeping an eye on my levels and took my blood again yesterday. I hope they dont fall too low i guess platelets are in your red blood cells and its what makes your blood clot? idk! but theres nothing i can do to make the levels go up, just hafta pray they dont go down too much. and im boarderline anemic.. he said technically im not anemic but im close, so im taking iron pills just to be safe..

geez i feel like i been through so many ups and downs in this pregnancy between kidney stones, and now all this ugh!

Im glad its almost over though...less then 2 months.. i pray everything goes smoothly, if you guys know anything about a neurologist/platelets let me know =)
