| 20-1-2009 - So tired | My mood while writing this blog:Tired |
I can't complain too much on my blog here because I know just about everyone is in the same boat, but it is rough being pregnant, having an 11 month old who wants to be hold non stop, and working full time. I am dying here! I've done pretty well at not over-extending myself or getting too stressed out at work so far, but I am still just so tired.
I feel good though--no nausea luckily, and my boobs aren't even sore. There are little symptoms here and there but mainly it's just the exhaustion that's getting to me. I was reading my journal from the last pregnancy and I was saying the exact same thing at 6 weeks then too.
Well, there is some good news in the house...Buck is walking a little bit now! He's been standing around and cruising for months and we were starting to wonder if he would ever walk, and all of a sudden he's starting to let go and take a few steps. He is still wobbly and still goes down pretty quickly, but it's wonderful. We're planning his first birthday party for February 7th and I hope he'll be on his feet pretty well by then.
It's getting more and more difficult to keep my mouth shut at work about the pregnancy. I did tell one guy today because his wife is pregnant and he knew that we were trying. I think telling a guy is safer because it's less likely he'll tell anyone!
I'm so terrified of gaining weight. I didn't realize until I looked at that old journal but I am about 20-25 pounds heavier now than I was when I got pregnant with Buck. I gained 56 pounds in that pregnancy. Obviously I can't let that happen again, absolutely no way. I really hope I can keep it under control.
Well Buck is starting to fuss so I guess I'll get his bottle ready. We've got to start weaning off the bed time bottle--yikes, he's not going to like that!
