17-4-2009 - 18 week update

My mood while writing this blog:
Good

I feel really pregnant all of a sudden! I swear my belly just popped out this week. I had to get out my Snoogle pillow and start sleeping with it because I'm less comfortable at night now. I'm moving slower too. It's a great feeling. It's interesting to read in the 18 week information that the baby is like 5 1/2 inches now from crown to rump, which means even longer with her legs! I can't believe she's that big. I don't feel a lot of movement yet. With my son I felt a whole lot of movement by 18 weeks, like he was beating me up. Maybe she's just more laid back. That would be nice! I went on a little shopping spree last weekend and got a whole bunch of adorable girl things. Pink blankets, layette sets, booties, all kinds of sweet little girl things. It was so much fun and I can't wait to go shopping again tomorrow. All of my tax return money is going to her!! I left all the new things I got in the bags and I keep getting the bags out and looking at everything, especially this one little pink bunting gown with little hearts all over it and the little matching floppy hat. It could not be any cuter. I still just can't believe how wonderful it is that I'm going to have both a little boy and a little girl.

I do the same thing with all the baby things I've bought, we sit in the room that is going to be the nursery and just day dream, it's wonderful! We're almost half way there x

aww thats soooo nice!!!
i dont feel alot of movement yet i just get a lot of like tickles which makes me itch lol.
i haven't bought much yet either but i'm not finding out what im having thought id have a supprise instead sooo the poor lil thing will be in white for its first day....i really hope its a girl, but as long as its healthy i spose i wont mind.
hope we both start to feel it soon xx
