19-5-2009 - Happy Times Again

My mood while writing this blog: Good

I feel much better since my last blog. We resolved the name issue finally. I was so sad that we weren't going to name her Bibi, and I couldn't let it go, finally my husband gave in. He didn't care too much either way and didn't have any better suggestions, I think he just felt like being a jerk (sorry but true). And I think he was giving in to peer pressure since his family was less than enthusiastic about the name. So we are going to stick with the name after all and I hope this is the end of the baby name saga in our house.

Things are pretty much going better all around. Work has been good and I've been feeling great. Buck is doing new funny things every single day, even as we speak he is right now carrying around a huge Kung Fu Panda stuffed animal in one hand and a monkey in the other and walking all around the downstairs "talking" to himself. I wonder how he's going to react to the baby...not too welcoming, I think! But he's too little to get him used to the idea. I just hope he will be gentle with her. My mom and sister are coming this Saturday to help paint some furniture in Bibi's room. I am really excited about that. Then I think I will feel like things are moving along a little bit. There's so much to do in her room but it will be so cute. Can't wait to be done with it and post pictures! Buck just came over and gave me a hug, so sweet! Well I'm going to get ready for work now.
