My mood while writing this blog: fine |
I have a tmi question.
I'm 7/8 wks pregnant and have had brown blood when I wipe. Only about once a week and its only there when I wipe. Its after strenuous activity ...like chasing a one year old buutt I'm not getting out of that, sex(even when we are very careful).
I've heard brown is ok and old blood as I could've ovulated late. I also know if somethings up there is not much I can do w/ gestation age and all. ....anyone else have brown blood.
I also am aware that my "guts" birthed a child a little over a year ago and the blood vessels could be at the surface more due to the birth.
...thoughts?
I'm not worried as much as just interested on how normal it is

Friday, 23 Oct first. thank! ....not cramping at all! sometimes queasy but barely. Daddy has taken over all the throwing of the baby in the air and picks her up and hands her to me when he's home but he's not home 10 hours out of the day. ...appreciate it kelly-roo -
Friday, 23 Oct talked to ob nurse. They say I have a sensitive cervix most likely. If color turns red or increases to call. Its just pressure from picking up a baby and other activities.can't not pick up my baby. I doubt I lifted more then 20 lbs w/ Katies pregnancy. Might have been sensitive then but I avoided lifting. Can't exactly avoid lifting the darling child and I don't want too. She's my baby. thanks for comments. FirstTimeMommyR -
Friday, 23 Oct This is one of those toughies because there really is no way to know if brown blood will materialize into anything more, or just stay the same/go away. Since it sounds like it's been ongoing as just brown blood (e.g., it's not progressing into bright red blood), I would guess it's okay. Are you cramping? I bled and cramped for the first 21 weeks with my son ~ sometimes brown, sometimes, pink, sometimes even a little red and clotty. I had a tiny subchorionic hematoma. You might already know all about those, but if not, there's more on my page about it ~ since I journaled on my page often while I was preggers! Thank God, my son was born healthy, and his first birthday is coming up on 11/3! :) But, I certainly am not a doc, so like everyone else said, maybe go ahead and call your doc, just to be sure and give yourself some answers! :) Lemme know how it goes!
