05-1-2012 - 1st dr's appt

My mood while writing this blog:

I had my first doctor's appointment today. I was a little nervous going into it. The past 4-5 days I've completely stopped having pregnancy symptoms. Previously I was feeling nauseous, headaches, achy boobs, mood swings, etc. Then all of a sudden everything stopped. So I read EVERYTHING on the internet. I read both that I should "count my blessings" or it could be a sign of misscarriage. Anyway, I told my concerns to my doctor. He gave me an ultrasound and I measured 7 weeks and both saw and heard the baby's heartbeat. So all is good so far :)

Awe yay! I can't wait to hear the heartbeat! I'm hoping to at my appointment next week....I don't get a ultrasound till 18 weeks tho :(

Awesome!!! So exciting! I remember u doing a gender prediction kit thing last time, will u do it again? My pregnancies we absolutely identical with both girls. Sorry you had some anxiety before your scan just so glad all looks well. Xx
