26-1-2009 - My last Dr's appt...

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

Today was my last Dr's appointment... Ahhhhh, I can't believe it's over but feel like I've been pregnant forever. The Dr examined me to see if I made any progress from last week but I hadn't. I'm still 2cm dialated and 75% effaced.. He went ahead and did another "membrane sweep"(OWWWW). I have an appointment to be induced next Monday at 8 pm. He acted like the baby could come before then but I doubt it. I really feel that due to my long torso (I'm 5'11) my baby is a bit more comfortable than others.. ha My instincts tell me that nothing would be sending him out for awhile if we didn't choose to induce. So now I have a week... ahhhhhhhh, a whole week..

I also gained 5lbs this week!!!! The Dr. said it was all water.. I hope...

I gained 3 lbs too:) Water weight too I hope:) LOL

Yeah my dr. wont do my sweep thing until Monday because she will not be oncall this weekend. So either way I will be having a baby early next week.....Im soooooo done:) Cant wait to hold my baby! (and not feel the pains of him clawing his way out of me) lol

Girl, at least you have an induction date to look forward to... I am so down from my appointment today, I feel like I am going to be pregnant forever!!! :(
