well time is flying by! just reached 18weeks gone and i don't really know how i feel

i'm happy about the pregnancy and can't wait for the baby to be here but i seem to be in a down phase today. i feel so depressed..anyone else get days like this?

am only just getting a bump and haven't felt it move yet, am guessing it's payback for having such an easy time so far!
