i am feelin a lil depressed although i did breast feed this last month i don't seem to b shedding the lbs like others. i was always a size 8 and happy there now i have nothing but maternity clothes to wear, any secrets

Tuesday, 8 Jul i eat to the clock... and i eat well at those times and nothing in between (well that was untilli got preg) eat cleanly sugar is a fat asses best friend and eat proties with two of your meals a day, dont drink fruit juice but eat a bit of fruit and drink water (fruit juice is rammed with sugar)
pre preg this was my typical-
so i would say
8.30 brekkie i have either porridge and fruit or toast and banana. and a coffee
10.00 snack any 100 cal snack if you are hungry make it a clean non sugar snack like crackers and peanut butter or veg and hummous.
1.00 lunch - anything for lunch just check portion size and make sure there is protien in there somewhere (like pitta breas with salad a bit of rice and chicken)
3.00 snack - again anything you like i used to have a probiotic yoghurt and fruit or even yoghurt and a packet of crisps
5.30 -7.00 dinner - again keep it clean with plenty of veg (the more colourful the better) a little bit of carbs not many and a huge chunk of protien.l
and then start again in the morning - the trick is to eat what you want.. but add it into the mealtimes you have given yourself. always eat at the table with cutlery set your meal out on your plate as if you were served it at a resturaunt - make it colourful and always have a glass of water at mealtimes.. cut out fizzy juice and you will just stop craving it..
as for excercise.. push your buggy.. and enjoy your baby. worry about your tummy muscles when your doc says its ok to use them again and join a yoga class..

Tuesday, 8 Jul Sorry ur discouraged! I am having a problem with extra flab too. I never did anything special after my first two, and went right back to noral in a few weeks. This time, I look like I have an upside down kangaroo pouch lol. I wish I had something positive to suggest, but my weight-loss methods are immoral and unethical and should not be taken as advice lol. My worst vice is that when I'm looking a little chub-chub, I allow myself to only eat doughnuts and chocolate bars. I don't know why, but it slims me down in a matter of days. But since I'm still bfing, I eat a vitamin supplement, a bowl of healthy cereal, a sandwhich, peice of fruit, and some pasta each day. that's it. I hate meat. I beleive it is where "fat" fat comes from
