never mind my emoticon up there, im feelin in the baseball spirit since the yankeeeesss are the 09 champs! =) new york anybody?!?!? =)

okayy so, my mom is throwing me a babyshower on november 15.. from what i have seen and known (cuz i HATE surprises lol) its looking REALLY NICe, shes going all out. i feel so bad because i know she doesnt have the money for this at allll! this is my little brothers 8th grade graduation year and confirmation and all that stuff plus my dad is in Iraq so i know this year is going to be hard financially for her. Well me and my boyfriend wanna get her a thank youuu for the babyshower gift.. that shows her it was VERRYYYY appreciated.. cuz if she wasnt doing this for me, noone else would and im soo grateful for her during my pregnancy even though she took it really bad at first. Well i was thinking a photo frame from things remembered that has engraved "i love my mima" (thats what she wants the baby to call her)... but me and my brother gave her an engraved photo frame a few years ago from us. so i have to think of something else. she only wears one necklace and bracelete and ring all the time so it cant be jewelery. .. but i want it to be personal and personalized. something that she can cherish? any ideas?????

what about just treating your mom to a nice dinner? or would she wear another ring if you bought a nice family ring?
