24-6-2009 - Finally

My mood while writing this blog:
Excited

Finally, My family is coming to visit.... I am looking forward to this so much. They're not coming until July 3rd but I am extatic. See my parents live 3 hours away and they don't visit often. Infact since I lived her (a yr) they have only been here twice. I am thrilled. I miss my mom and dad soooo much. My mom and I talk so much more now then we ever have. (At least once a day) My parents have custody of my brothers 3 girls so it will be sleep over central but I don't even care. The 5 girls total can bunk out on the sofa bed or upstairs in my daughters room. The fact that both my parents will be here for a whole week is thrilling to me. My dad and I weren't close at all when I was growing up but now we seem to talk about everything. He was there for the birth of both my daughters (like in the room counting and breathing with me) and because of how far away they are, this time I will be lucky if they make it up the weekend after he's born to see him. Plus this is my dads first grandson so he's even more protective of me then when I was a kid. Which is really kinda flattering. "I'm daddy's girl" Except now I am just one of six. Any way my mom has made it officail. She is having her floors redone and no one can walk on them for 5 days after they're put in so my dad can't back out cause he can't stay home. YAY they're actually coming. Anyway just wanted to share some good news for a change. See it's the little (BIG) things that make me sooooo happy. I hope everyone else is having a good day.

I'm excited for you. It is always great to see our parents. My mom always makes me feel safe and can openly talk to her about anything. she loves to take care of me and that feels good. Have a wonderful time!

Yay!! I'm soo glad you're getting time with your family before your little comes!! You are going to have one hectic week with 5 girls. wow. It'll be fun though!! next weeek they will be there :)
