Last night they lowered the medications on my niece enough that they alloud her to wake completely. She didn't pull on her ventalator. Instead she laid there reaching out for someone to hold her hand. Her mommy and daddy were glad to ablige. Both her grandma's were also there for that exciting moment. She seemed to follow everyones face as they spoke. She also kept looking for Georgia, her stuffed girraffe. This is definately a miracle moment. Even though we couldn't be there. We were sent a picture. Which I have added to my pics. Also and I think for her mommy even more exciting is the fact that even though they had to sedate her again, this morning they alloud mom to hold her for the first time since she's been at CHOP. (This picture has also been added.) I know these don't sound like extraordinary things but trust me. These moments have given all of us more hope then we have had in the last week and a half. The road is still rough and long but we are excited to see how God will continue to heal her little body. Thank you all for your continued prayer and support. I hope to bring you even more good news soon.
