22-7-2009 - Update on my niece

My mood while writing this blog: Tired

She has finally beat the virus!!!

As of Monday some time little Olivia was re tested and she is now clear of the virus. This is really exciting especially for her because it means she can leave her room. She can go the the play room with the other children. She can ride in a wagon and go to the cafeteria. Even more exciting and if you check my pics you'll see, she can go outside. Which, even though all of her machines must go with her, makes her sooooo happy. It's been so long for her and she loves being outside. Unfortunetly he parents have not completed training yet so she will have to continue to stay at the hospital. Also their training has been post poned because daddy got ill and had to return home to recoop. In order for him to return to the hospital he has to be completely healthy. So we are all hoping that he gets better quick. I can't wait to have her back home. My girls are so excited to be able to play with her again soon. I am not quite sure how much longer they will need to be there to finish but I do know that I am extremely happy to know she is doing so much better. Thank you all so much for your prayers and concern. You have all been incredible through all of this. Funny thing relying on the kindness of strangers. You find that you have made new friends.
