| 19-8-2009 - update to 34 wks | My mood while writing this blog:tired |
So the doctors office called yesterday morning and asked me to come back in so that they could recheck baby's heart rate. Which was a little scary but ok off I went. When we got there they remeasured my belly and found that little mans head is actually between my pubic bone and my bowels. Every time he turns his head it's putting pressure both and is extremely painful for me and of course causes him to kick hard and raises his heart rate. The good news is that the top of his head is on my cervix so he's completely in position. Bad news, I am not dialated so the pain and heart rate will continue until he desides he's ready to come out. So it looks like every time I go to the doctors from now on I will have to be reassesed on the NST monitor. I don't care though. As long as it shows me that he's still ok that's all I am worried about. In the mean time they told me to rest, stay stress free, stay hydrated and if I can't get comfy to take tylenol for pain and benedryl to help me sleep. Since I am exhausted. It's suppose to help insure that I will have the strength to push him out when the day comes. Anyway, I am glad that they called and that even though I will have pain our little angel is ok.
