Well, today is the day.... I have started a serious diet and I will post weekly. Its a carbohydrate free diet although for dinner you can have equal portions of protein, carbs and fibre. So for breakfast I have an omelet or bacon & eggs or scrambled eggs etc... for lunch I have a salad with any meat or vegies & meat and for dinner I can basically have anything except it has to be equal portions so if I have steak, vegies & chips it needs to be the same portion. Its actually pretty easy but the first week is hard without all the carbs.... ohhh and I can have a beer at night but it has to be a low carb YAY!!! I have my school reunion in 2 weeks and I was so skinny at school, I can hear people saying 'look how fat she got' so I plan to lose 5 kilos by then if thats possible. Realistically I'm giving myself 3 months to lose 15 kilos or I'd be happy with 10 as I am currently 74 kilos :( Wish me luck, I may need it.... Oh and I will be doing 20 min on my cross trainer every day to start with
